A Vegetarian Passover: Mouth-Watering Recipes

Having vegetarians at your Seder doesn’t mean limiting them to “side dishes” only. Passover-friendly dishes are sophisticated, up-scale and tasty. Come see what we can do for you, as we present such dishes as: vegetarian chicken soup with spelt matzah balls, quinoa stuffed acorn squash and roasted root vegetables.
