Prosserman JCC Fitness and Health offers over 50 FREE weekly group exercise classes exclusively for members. From Yoga and Pilates to Group Cycle, Group Power™ and conditioning classes, we offer an unparalleled variety of classes seven days a week for adults of all ages and teens 13 and over!

Fitness Programs
This class consists of 1/3 low impact, easy-to-follow cardio, 1/3 muscle conditioning and 1/3 stretching.
