Our Morning School have fun indoor and outdoor activities as endless as your child's imagination!

Gym time, hula hoops, balls and toys - for little ones, our activity room is the place to be. This is where kids have fun playing with their friends and participating in organized gym activities.

When we're not indoors, we're busy playing and having fun outside in our universally accessible outdoor playground. Equipped with tricycle paths, sandboxes, interactive play equipment, a drum centre and shade structures, we have more than enough equipment to keep high-energy kids busy for hours.

The Feldenkrais Method is a somatic educational system designed by Moshé Feldenkrais (1904–1984).


The Feldenkrais method is designed to improve movement repertoire, aiming to expand and refine the use of the self through awareness, in order to reduce pain or limitations in movement, and promote general well-being. Participants engage in precisely structured movement explorations that involve thinking, sensing, moving, and imagining. Each lesson consists of comfortable, easy movements that gradually evolve into movements of greater range and complexity.

Classes attempt to make one aware of his/her habitual neuromuscular patterns and rigidities and to expand options for choosing new ways of moving while increasing sensitivity and improving efficiency. The Feldenkrais Method is for all levels of movement ability.

A yoga practice is a personal journey. Partner yoga allows you to come together in your personal journey, and assist and support each other in those journeys in both a light-hearted and focused atmosphere. Come instill such a practice in both parent and teen, learning to take it wherever you go.

A fantastic workout for the novice or athlete. With personal coaching in a motivating group environment this is the exercise class for ultimate results. This is an all over body workout where you are able to exercise at your own pace while increasing your strength and cardiovascular capacity.

The studio is set up in stations and the instructor coaches you through times intervals at each station.

During the program, you will go through the process of learning a song and you will also be learning dance moves as accompaniment. By the end of the program, you will have a song and dance combo.
