Instruction is geared towards all senior age groups and fitness levels, including those not currently active. The class is suitable for people with MS. Join us with your friends and meet new friends too.

Have fun while getting a great cardio workout. We’ll groove to salsa music and then cool down with yoga and guided meditation. Be sure to wear running shoes, bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.

It’s a dance- fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun.
