A weight training clinic for members ages 12 – 18 that covers all the components of health related fitness. To assess your total fitness we’ll give you a point to chart your progress to make you more aware of where improvements need to be made.

Staff will also provide exercise recommendations allowing you to have a great start into your new routine and connect and develop a trusting
relationship with our fitness professionals.
