Gaining Facility Access and Booking Privileges
To register for a fitness class, you must be an active member and be logged in to your JCC online account. To create an account, click here. Your online account must be connected to your membership number. Watch this video to learn how to create an account.
You will only have to complete this enrolment process once in order to gain access to our easy-to-use booking system.

Step 1
Download the “JCC Toronto” App from the app store on your smartphone device.
Step 2
Open the app, and log in using your SRC Membership Account Credentials. Ensure your online membership account is activated, learn how here.

Step 3
Once you have logged into the app, Click “Waiver & Access”.
You will only have to complete this process once.
Step 4
Select “Fitness & Basketball”. There are no additional fees, full access to all sessions is included with your membership.
Step 5
Click “SR WAIVER” and review the waiver details.
Step 6
Close the waiver once you have reviewed it by clicking “done.”
Then click “I have read, understand and completely agree to the terms of this Service Package and the SR Waiver.” Click next.
Step 7
Click “Proceed Payment”
Please note that there will be NO charge to your account.
Step 8
Click “Proceed”

Click “Submit”
Step 10
Click “Continue,” which will bring you back to the home screen where you can begin booking your workouts!

What you Need to Know About the Booking Process
Group Fitness Classes, Fitness Centre and Aquatics spaces are bookable 7 days in advance.

Members may book one of each modality per day each (ex. you cannot book back-to-back group fitness classes, but you CAN book a group fitness class, fitness centre visit, and an aquatics visit, all in one day).

Members are required to cancel their reservation if they cannot attend. If three “no shows” are accumulated, booking privileges will be frozen.
•
Sharing of log-in credentials with non-members is NOT allowed.
