How do I create an account on the JCC Web site?
Click here or click the 'Register' button on the top right hand side of your screen. Once there you will be able to create your account with your email and create a new password. You will also be able to add your membership information in order to receive Member Pricing for programs.
Do I have to be a JCC member to use the site?
No, you do not have to be a member to use the site. You can create an account by clicking here or the 'register' button on the top right hand side. If you're not a JCC member, you can still purchase all programs and events at the regular fee. The perks of being a member is the ability to purchase programs at the discounted Member Value Fee.
Where do I login?
You can login to your account on the top right hand side by entering the email you signed up with and your password. You will then be taken to Your Account Profile once logged in.
I'm not able to login
If you're not able to login, you can click here to go to the Account Recovery Page. Simply enter your email, hit submit and follow the instructions you receive to recover your account password.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password by going to the 'My Account' link on the top right hand side of your screen, then select 'Change Password' on the main Account Dashboard page.
