New! Dance Club for seniors living with Dementia, Alzheimer’s or Cognitive degeneration
Exciting research shows that dance is the number one exercise in slowing down the ageing process. Dance promotes good posture, balance and form but it also ignites the brain to think of step patterns and creative movements. This program was developed by the research and artistic teams at Baycrest Health Science and Canada’s National Ballet School.
Join us! With the use of music and rhythm, we will explore movement in a fun, engaging and meaningful way. No dance experience required. The Dance class will be offered in a seated position.
Prices: Members - $170.00, regular - $180.00
