Describe your Personal Training approach:
My passion for physical activity began at a young age when I trained in Dance. Today, as a Ski instructor and Personal Trainer, I have a particular interest in core training and I believe that a strong core is absolutely vital for improved performance in exercise, sport, and overall daily function. I love to inspire and motivate my clients to help them realize their fitness goals. I help them to achieve a good sense of their own body awareness through the reinforcement of proper technique, which will in turn, establish an important mind-body connection.

What do you do on a day off from work:
My greatest joy is spending time with my family. I also love to dance, ski, go to movies and enjoy good food and red wine. Fitness and sports are always at the forefront, as I remain an active member of the NSCA as well as the CSIA. I am currently working on a certificate in Exercise Physiology at York University.
